Participation opportunity
Package "Professional buyer" for corporate buyers MICE-services is free. The package is included the orientation programme on April, 6 and 8 and complementary accomodation at the hotels-partners during the Forum. The confirmation of candidates for this proposal is at the discretion of the organizers. The number of places is limited.
Package "Professional buyer" for representatives of TMC and MICE agencies and tour operators with MICE segment is 10 000 rubles + VAT. The package is included the orientation programme on April, 6 and 8 and complementary accommodation at the hotels-partners of the Forum. The confirmation of candidates for this proposal is at the discretion of the organizers.
Package "Delegate" for the representatives of HoReCa and other professional participants of the industry is 10 000 rubles + VAT. It includes participation in the business programme of the Forum on April, 7 without orientation programme (on April, 6 and 8).
Package "Delegate Plus" for service providers is 25 000 rubles + VAT. It includes participation and nutrition at the Forum on April, 7 (not including Cocktail) and publication in the Forum catalogue with a short description up to 200 characters and logo.
Package "Partner-Exhibitor" is 50 000 rubles + VAT. The package is included the participation in the Forum for one company representative and nutrition, including Gala cocktail on April, 7 (NB: transfer to Cocktail and returning is at the expense of the Customer). The package provides the opportunity to publicate the description to 200 characters and logo in the Forum catalogue.
Hotels-partners of the Forum have prepared a special prices for participants during the period from April, 5 to April, 10.
