Jam day: ABT-ACTE Russia made 200 jars of apple and tangerine treat
What do companies give their partners as New Year presents? Sweets and champagne, as usual. However, ABT-ACTE Russia decided to break from this tradition and made presents with their own hands!

“We started thinking about how to surprise our partners and association members as early as a month ago. We even had a brainstorm! It took us long to decide how to surprise everyone this year. Souvenirs? Environmentally friendly presents? Charity? But in the end an absolutely unexpected idea appeared – to make jam!”, Ekaterina Aleksandrova, ABT-ACTE Russia executive director said.
The task turned out to be difficult: no one of ABT-ACTE Russia had ever made jam before. The culinary school Сhefshows By Novikov came to the rescue. It was there that under command of an experienced chef the New Year miracle happened – 200 jars of the sweet treat were made! Ekaterina Aleksandrova, Julia Malysheva, Ksenia Demchenko, Daria Gerasimenko, Julia Selivanova, Irina Mikhalkova, Natalia Gorbacheva, Nikolay Tsaplin and Aleksandra Makarskaya with their own hands sliced six kilograms of apples, peeled five kilograms of tangerines, added the necessary amount of sugar, stirred everything carefully, closed the jars with lids and packed nicely. “You can definitely say that this very present was made with love!” Ms Aleksandrova added.
Last year the staff of ABT-ACTE Russia also surprised their partners with a creative video card. This year they demonstrated their culinary skills! We can only guess what presents to expect in 2018!
