New formats for the new decade: registration for ACTE Moscow Forum 2020 started
The key event of the Russian business travel industry - XII annual ACTE Moscow Executive Forum - will be held in Holiday Inn Moscow-Lesnaya on March 26, 2020. This year we have prepared a lot of surprises, new communication formats and, of course, the most burning topics for discussion.
“The business travel industry is changing rapidly: new market players emerge, technological innovations appear, some of them do not hold up against criticism and the Russian reality, others grow and start influencing the life of the whole industry. In order to work in the modern rhythm, you need to keep up with trends, follow changes, compile experience and knowledge with fashion trends. ACTE Forum is right about all this - about how and where to find resources for stable growth, what to get ready for, and what to forget about forever as a remnant of the past”, executive director of ABT-ACTE Russia Irina Mikhalkova said.
250 corporate travel executives will take part in 2020 forum. The business program will be divided into two parallel sessions which will allow every participant to choose topics that are of particular interest for him personally.
“As we have been organizing educational and business events since 2004, we understand that the format of an all-day-long lecture is a thing of the past. So, since we follow trends, we are looking for new ways of presenting information that will be interesting and useful for different generations of specialists, with various levels of knowledge”, Irina explained.
Thus, the novelties of ACTE 2020 Forum will include the “Open microphone” format of discussion that will let all the participants to make a speech on the topic they are interested in, and a “Mentor's parlour”, where everyone will have an opportunity to get a 20-minute expert consultation on business travel. During the “Start-up village” series which will open the forum, presentations of industry startups, including foreign ones, will be held. In the conclusion of the business program the round table session will be held that will let the participants split into groups according to their interests for a more detailed discussion of more narrow topics.
Another novelty of Moscow ACTE Forum will be participation terms for corporate buyers. Free registration is available up to and including February 15. After this date and up to March 1 the organizational fee of 750 rubles will be charged, and on March 1-24 the fee will be 1440 rubles.
