Fact-finding-tour in Tbilisi for Hosted Buyers.
The first in history InterPlanet Wine Tournament is to take place here in Georgia – the homeland of wine. Before the great event we need to get ready for it.
The task for participants of interactive game tour is to help to make preparations for the tournament. The participants will look for important destinations and solve arising challenges. It is some kind of a triathlon, because three different tasks will wait for participants at each destination of the tour. They are:
1. Question on knowing the history of winemaking and culture of drinking wine;
2. Question on knowing local culture, language and traditions;
3. Creative task which requires from participants to make photo or video presentation.
The final tour destination is the wine tasting hall where we’ll have full-glass rehearsal of the tournament.

** Fun trips for a weekend will be organized by DMC – participants of IMG Show Caucasus Chapter in small groups. In case of availability and DMC confirmation for making a trip, such trips are paid for by the members of the IMG Show on their own.

The corporate buyers and business travel agencies/ MICE agencies from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ekaterinburg and other Russian cities who are interested in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Sochi as MICE-destinations are invited as Hosted Buyers.
Hosted Buyers will be provided with complimentary accommodation for 2 nights from May 30th to June 1st, transfers according to the program, access to personal calendar to schedule appointments with Exhibitors.
To take part in the event as Hosted Buyers please fill in the application here. Please pay attention that the flights to/from Tbilisi are paid by the participants on their own.
