Educational programs of the Russian Association of Business Travel. Results of professional education in business travel for 2013
One of the work areas of the Russian Association of Business Travel is creation and implementation of educational programs aimed at acquisition of professional knowledge and skills in business travel.
In 2013 ABT carried out 4 «Travel Manager» programs and 3 «Business Travel Professional» programs. Our students are companies` employees that are responsible for travel management, assistants who are engaged in business trip arrangement, HR and administrative managers, specialists from other branches of industry who wish to acquire specific knowledge and to obtain a new profession.
For the past year more than 30 persons completed education and received the certificate of the Russian Association of Business Travel as the result of our educational programs. All the participants of educational programs highly appreciated the professional level of the teachers, practical applicability of the information and skills offered in their daily work, and could optimize their working processes and apply the knowledge received even during their education.
The 2013 education results have demonstrated the consistent high quality level of ABT educational programs. Due to this fact the number of prospective students is growing. The Russian Association of Business Travel is trying to take into account all the requests of its future students, so the list of educational programs is continuously increased.
In their questionnaire the participants of the «Travel Manager» educational course expressed their wish to continue studying some most important topics like MICE, budgeting, travel policy and cost saving as shorter training programs.

Additional short-term training programs are MICE, travel policy, budgeting, cost saving (from 10:00 till 18:00. Training time is 1-2 days).
