MICE Geography educational session by ABT-АСТЕ Russia: the focus is on Greece
The Russian Association of Business Travel invites corporate buyers to the second educational session «MICE Geography» which will take place in the Garden Ring hotel from 9 till 12 am on April 21, 2014.
The main focus will be on Greece, a very important and at the same time affordable MICE destination. Partners of the seminar are Ambotis Tours, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and UTair airline. Corporate MICE, travel and congress managers will be offered presentations about bright and attractive resorts for conferences, teambuilding and incentive tours.
Greece is probably one of the most popular and convenient travel destinations in the world; it combines high quality European service and traditional eastern hospitality. At the same time Greece is a very colourful country with special calm and warm mentality which is similar to Russian.
ABT Educational session will be held in the form of an elegant breakfast that will be accompanied by informative presentations and entertainment breaks. Experts will tell the participants how to choose a MICE venue with due regard to participants` age, economic opportunities, how to produce a WOW-effect and exclude force majeure situations even at the stage of tour arrangement. Besides, corporate buyers will learn about practical aspects of event arrangement in Greece from one of popular TV channels.
Participation in the session is free of charge for corporate buyers. All the guests will get presents, a lottery will be organized by partners.
