The Russian Association of Business Travel is HRS guest
HRS, which offers hotel and restaurant management systems and is the leader in the software market for the hospitality sector in Russia, the CIS and Baltic states, invited its partners to two milestone events: Tbilisi office anniversary and the traditional party «HRS and its friends» that took place in Tbilisi. The Russian Association of Business Travel was the sponsor of these events.
On August 27, the HRS team invited guests to its first anniversary to the famous historic restaurant «Funicular» on Mount Mtatsminda. HRS has been present on the Georgian market since 1988, but its Tbilisi office opened only a year ago. More than 90 guests came to congratulate HRS that night.
At the beginning HRS general director Vyacheslav Ovchinnikov presented the company and told the visitors about its achievements and growth prospects: «Our goal is to be as close to the client as possible. The best way in this case is to open our own offices in all partner countries».
Traditionally, the high point of the event was a lottery. Valuable presents from the sponsors including a special prize from the Russian Association of Business Travel were raffled off.
The greeting speech of Elena Kovyazina, senior specialist of Business and Conference Hotel Attestation program was devoted to the main activity areas of the Association as well as to the prospects that ABT certificate opens: «Business and Conference Hotel Attestation program is a unique tool that can help a business traveller or a travel manager choose a hotel. «HRS and its friends» is an unusual form of annual meetings that allows to gather all key representatives of the hotel and restaurant industry. All HRS parties offer friendly atmosphere that facilitates conclusion of new agreements and establishment of long-term partner relations. On September 5, «HRS and its friends» cocktail party took place in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. In accordance with traditions the venue of the event was one of the most luxurious hotels of the city — Fairmont Baku, which is situated in the famour Flame Towers complex. During the evening the guests had an opportunity to establish business contacts as well as to try their luck by participating in the lottery. All HRS guests left the party with souvenirs or valuable presents!
The Russian Association of Business Travel hopes that HRS events will get more and more popular every year and that new participants will add.
